The card printer Magicard Rio Pro360 Duplex is the successor model of the very popular and successful Rio Pro and contains a flipper module for immediate double-sided card printing. Both the speed of full colour printing and the print quality have been improved. The Magicard Rio Pro360 Duplex is ideal for daily use and larger print volumes. As with all Magicard plastic card printers, watermarks can be printed as a security feature. The printer is ideal for medium-sized companies that need a reliable and robust card printer. 
 

The Magicard 360 Duplex is the fastest printer from Magicard so far. The new electronics and software platform has enabled significant performance improvements. From the moment you click "Print", Magicard 360 Duplex gets to work immediately. Full colour cards with HoloKote® printing can be printed in just 18 seconds. The integrated LYNK CPU offers a wider range of colours to choose from. The print is even more vivid and colourful - which means a truer representation of the motif on an ID card.
 

Like its predecessor, the Rio Pro 360 Duplex can print an individual watermark on each card for fraud prevention. LYNK now enables secure online delivery of customised HoloKote® watermarks to the printer. For a detailed product description, please see the "Datasheet" tab.

The card printer is ideal for the daily printing of ID cards, bonus cards or customer cards. It is very robust and durable, so that it fits on every desk. You can either print in one colour on the plastic cards or make a colourful print on white plastic cards of photos or images with the card printer. With thermal transfer printers the outermost edge (approx. 0.5 mm) of the card always remains unprinted.

The Magicard Rio Pro Duplex card printer is connected to your computer like any other printer, using a USB cable or network connection. Printing on plastic cards works basically the same as printing on paper. Instead of toner, Magicard Rio Pro uses the appropriate printing ribbons. This is done by opening the flap and is absolutely uncomplicated and takes only 1 minute. Approx. every 1000 prints you should clean the card printer with the special cleaning cards (duration approx. 2 minutes). You can start printing from any program (Word, Office etc.). With our business programme your cards are already pre-printed in offset or screen printing. This makes sense for you from a card number of approx. 1000 pre-printed plastic cards, because this printing process is considerably cheaper. Afterwards you can print your cards with names, numbers or codes directly at your premises and issue them immediately. It takes about 3 weeks from the printing approval until your pre-printed cards are ready.
