Dispatch conditions
 

Dear customer,

unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in Germany takes place within 3-5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5-45 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Express shipping is currently not possible.
You are also welcome to commission your own shipping service provider and have the goods collected from us. To do this, select self-collection as the shipping method. Please inform us in good time about the collection date so that we can prepare and pack your order accordingly. If you choose to collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
 
For orders outside the EU, the delivery time may be extended due to various customs regulations and transit times. We do not assume any guarantee for this and exclude claims for damages and price reductions in this respect. Any duties or taxes incurred in non-EU countries must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Payment on account:
The invoice amount is to be settled within 14 days in the case of payment on account. Payment on account is only possible for existing customers and public institutions.
Paypal:
Only a few steps to payment:
1. select "PayPal" as payment method at the checkout.
2. to process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. if you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal, the creation of a PayPal account is not necessary. 4.
4. You will then be redirected back to us (www.kartenstudio.com).

Prepayment:
If the items are in stock, they will be reserved for you for 5 days. If we have not received payment within this period, the ordered items will be put back on sale.
 
Legal information: Our offers are directed exclusively at entrepreneurs. We do not conclude contracts with consumers. An entrepreneur within the meaning of these GTC is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of his commercial or independent professional activity. Entrepreneurs within the meaning of these GTC are also public authorities or other institutions under public law if they act exclusively in accordance with private law when concluding a contract. All items are excluded from exchange or return. The warranty period according to the GTC remains in effect regardless of the stated rights of return.
