ID-All Upgrade from Edition Standard to Expert
You already have ID-All Standard and want to upgrade to ID-All Expert? This is no problem at all and can be applied for you by us directly online at ID-All. All we need is your license number (please enter it on the right-hand side above the price). We will submit the request for the upgrade to ID-All for you and you will be able to access and use it online within 1-2 working days.
The Upgrade is possible for following ID-All Edition:
- ID-All Standard only
Where to find your ID-All Licence...
Open ID-All on your computer. At the top left you will find the menu item “Manager License”. There you will find your license number (do not use the activation code), without which we cannot apply for an upgrade for you at ID-All. Please enter the licence number in the corresponding field next to this description.
How does the upgrade work...
After 1-2 working days, open ID-All again. You will find the “ID-All” tab directly on the start page. Simply click on it and continue to “Manager license”. You can activate your upgrade here. You may need to restart ID-All or your computer afterwards. If the upgrade still does not work after 3 working days, please contact us.
Informations about ID-All...
- The software includes a single user license.
- You must deactivate your software before installing it on another computer.
- A multi-device plug-in can be purchased as an option from the Standard version onwards.
