Laminator module single-sided for HID Fargo DTC4500e & DTC1500e card printer
Protection from everyday wear and tear and longer durability. It adds a special laminate to your cards that increases the durability of your cards by reducing print abrasion. It also protects your card text and images from damaging UV light and environmental elements.
Applying lamination prevents copying of your cards and IDs. In particular, holographic lamination discourages counterfeiting because it is nearly impossible to copy. Lamination makes your cards more counterfeit-proof and durable. The laminator for the Fargo DTC4500e attaches to the top of the card printer (see image 2), so printing and lamination are done in one operation.

Laminates can be applied to the finished card using a DTC4500e & DTC1500e laminator. Different thicknesses of laminates are offered for different durability as well as laminates with watermarks. The double-sided laminator for the Fargo DTC4500e & DTC1500e is also available from us.
