- If the housing of your printer is white, it is the Magicard 300 and this ribbon is the correct ribbon.
- If the housing of your printer is dark gray, it is the Authentys 300 card printer (the Magicard 300 is also written on the cover and on the type plate) and you need a different ribbon. If you have the Authentys 300 (dark gray housing), you will need the AUC300YMCKO ribbon, which you can also obtain from us. Please check this before ordering, as incorrectly ordered ribbons can neither be exchanged nor returned.
