Information on cleaning materials

Cleaning cards: To guarantee a perfect function of the Magicard card printer, your printer should be cleaned after 1000 card prints at the latest. Cleaning can be started at the printer or via the device driver. This will remove any dirt and dust that has entered the printer over time. Dirty rollers can no longer transport the cards properly in the card printer.

Cleaning pens: These can be used to clean the Magicard print head from dust and ribbon residue. Please proceed very carefully here, as the print head is extremely sensitive and very expensive. Cleaning pens can be used several times.

Cleaning sticks: These are designed to clean the Magicard printer in hard-to-reach areas and to clean the print head on re-transfer printers. Pressing on the style activates the cleaning fluid.
