Maintenance contract for your card printer
We offer 3 different types of maintenance contracts. A maintenance contract is valid for a specific card printer. This contract must be concluded within one week of purchasing the card printer at the latest. The maintenance contract is valid for 1 year and then ends automatically. If you wish to extend the contract, simply order a new one from us.
Basic maintenance contract

✔ Telephone support Monday to Friday from 09.00 - 17.00 hours

*** by prior appointment (plus kilometre flat rate of 0.40 €/km and, if applicable, plus accommodation costs, only in Germany possible)
The maintenance work is carried out by an external company. We only arrange the maintenance contracts and have no influence on dates, prices and availability.
