In the offset printing process, your plastic cards are produced on both sides in industrial printing and in professional quality. There is hardly anything here that cannot be realised and produced. We offer you this from as little as 250 plastic cards. You can order the surface of the card in matt or glossy. The production by express takes 5 working days from your print approval (until 10.00 a.m.). The cards are then sent to you by UPS Express. Express shipping is only included in the price within Germany - for foreign shipments, please enquire about the costs in advance.
Our offset plastic cards are perfect for personalising and individualising them with your own card printer. The top layer of our cards is specially coated so that you can print them directly in monochrome.
Tip: Combine plastic cards in the offset printing process and then individualise the cards yourself according to your needs with your own card printer. This way you get an excellent and high-quality result at an extremely favourable price. We will be happy to advise you in detail, also in person.

- Printing CMYK standard colors
- Printing is done in 70 screen (175 lpi) with the standard colors
- Cyan (C), Magenta (M), Yellow (Y) and Black (K).

PDF templates...
When creating PDFs, pay attention to the following:- embed all fonts or convert them to curves
- do not use image compression
- all data must be either in CMYK or in the corresponding spot colour, no RGB
- line widths min. 0.08 mm (hairline)
- colour composition max. 250
- Bleed correctly: for final format 85.6 mm x 54 mm, the file must be 87.6 mm x 56 mm (1 mm bleed all around).
