Encoding Module smart and contacless for Evolis Primacy Card Printer
With this OK5122 encoder for the Evolis Primacy 1 & 2 you can encode contactless RFID (Mifare and Desfire) cards as well as smart cards. Special software as Cardpresso XL or Cardpresso XXL is required for encoding. Decisive for the right encoder are the cards you use and the reading system you have installed. Coded cards are used in many areas nowadays, such as phone cards, bonus cards, pre-paid cards or to define access authorisations for certain areas in a company.
With some technical understanding, the encoder can also be installed on site, but this will void the manufacturer's warranty. Alternatively, a technician can do this for € 89. For this, the printer must be sent in.

Depending on the RFID or magnetic card used, you will need the Cardpresso software for encoding. This can also be changed later to a higher version at a reduced price. All Cardpresso versions can be found under the menu Ribbons, Cleaning & Accessories.
