Remote Pilot Certificate

No sale to private persons - sale only to companies, tradesmen, authorities & associations!

The EU has required a Remote Pilot Licence since 1 January 2021. However, you will only receive this licence from the relevant authorities in paper form. This certificate is of course completely unsuitable for outdoor use and will be soaked, broken or shredded in no time. To get around this and still be able to show proof of possession of your Remote Pilot Certificate, we offer you the option of having your Remote Pilot Certificate printed on a plastic card. And this for only € 4,99.

The experience of the first orders has shown that hardly any template really corresponds exactly to our specifications and the size of an EC card. We look at every single file you send us personally and then try to bring it to the best possible and most suitable template for you. However, we cannot make any changes within the template, i.e. mobile phone function keys, smudges, unnecessary frames or lines on the edges of the card, wavy templates or slanted photos will be printed. You are responsible for providing a proper and suitable template - we can only print what you provide us with. And the price of € 2,98 does not include a graphic designer or extensive changes, adjustments or notifications of faulty templates. The two images from us are for example purposes only and are not part of the order and cannot be printed on the cards. Please remember that your QR code may be so small that it cannot be scanned. Copy and paste the QR code into a white and blank page and send it to us as a file for the back. This will make it larger and readable.

 

By popular request, here is the information on the QR code once again. At the moment, it is too small for many customers and can no longer be read when it is on the plastic card. There are 2 ways you can get around this.

- Copy the QR Code and place it enlarged in the same place on the card.
- You copy the QR code and place it on a blank, white page and send it to us (or upload it) as the reverse side. There it will be printed enlarged.

Only if you do not send a PDF: Both options must be done by you and sent/uploaded to us accordingly. We cannot take over this task.

If you send us the PDF of your drone licence (German & Dutch) and do not upload or send a reverse side yourself, we will print the QR code enlarged on the reverse side for you free of charge and automatically. However, this only works with a PDF. This is not possible with jpeg or PNG, you will have to adapt the templates yourself.

Specifics of different countries:

Swiss Drone Licenses: We have noticed more and more that for the Swiss drone license not all data is properly embedded in the PDF for printing. In particular, this is the "EASA logo" in the upper left corner. As a result, the logo is not printed. We cannot change this either.

Luxembourg Drone Licenses: Due to the font used, the two lines "Proof of Completion of the Online Training" and "Nachweis des Bestehens des Online-Trainings" are printed very thin and hard to read.
 

Here you can upload the front and back of your Remote Pilot Certificate. Please upload 2 separate files if the reverse side is also to be printed.
