Laminates for Matica MC-L & MC-L2 Laminators

To use the single or double-sided Matica MC-L / MC-L2 laminator, you need suitable laminates for your machine. The laminating module can be installed very easily at a later date. The MC-L laminator is also available as a stand-alone laminator. The connection between the card printer and the laminator is made by means of a connecting plate. First the plastic card is printed with your Matica MC660 card printer resp. the Matica MC310 or Matica XID-M300 and then automatically forwarded to the laminating unit where it is finished.

Matica offers different laminates. The patches are slightly thicker (0.6 and 1.0 mil mil), the laminates are slightly thinner (0.6 mil resp. 0.1 mil). On request, these laminates and patches are also available with a watermark. For large companies or government agencies, an own design can be integrated into the laminates on request.

The laminates and patches not only provide enhanced security, but also increase the life of your cards. Depending on the laminate chosen and the stress placed on the card, this can be up to 10 years.

The Matica MC-L & MC-L2 laminator can laminate and protect one or both sides of the card, depending on which laminator you choose.
