The upper part consists of a conventional card printer with which you can further personalize the cards, regardless of the embossing. In the lower part your card is embossed and then the embossing is provided with the desired colour.  It is recommended to have the cards pre-printed and to choose only one colour for personalisation and embossing.
 

Secure solution for embossing cards at the point of sale with the desktop embossing machine Datacard CE840 you can personalize high and flat embossed debit and credit cards in a few seconds and hand them over to your customers immediately.  Whether individual cards or small quantities, the compact system enables retailers, banks and savings banks to emboss customer and payment cards directly to be spent at the point of sale.  Embossing, colouring with topping foil, indent printing and magnetic stripe encoding are standard features of the system.  Direct printing (thermal transfer and thermal sublimation processes) and chip encoding are optionally available. 
 

- Embossing and indent printing: Many customer and payment cards are embossed to create the appearance of a classic credit card or to protect cards from forgery and falsification. With CE840™ you emboss card for card in proven Datacard quality. 

- Encoding and colour printing: Magnetic stripe encoding is part of the standard equipment of CE840™.  EMV®-compliant chip encoding and colour printing (thermal transfer and thermal sublimation processes) are available as options. 

- Easy integration: The CE840™ has a flexible software interface, supports various financial applications (based on Windows®, DPCL2, CPX) and can be reliably controlled and managed using Datacard Card Issuance software - from creating your card design and tracking individual cards to retrieving audit trails.

Shipping can only be done against prepayment. For payments via Paypal the invoice amount increases by 2.9%.  As soon as the payment is done, your order will be prepared for shipping. The German customs has the right to check the goods for 5 days. Only after the end of this period and release by customs we are allowed to send the articles to you. You will then immediately receive the corresponding shipment number from UPS or DHL.
