Shipping: At the latest one day after your order we will send your goods by UPS as a package. You will receive the corresponding shipment number from us by mail afterwards. Within Germany the delivery time is about 2-3 days, within the EU 3-4 days. We have several thousand ribbons and laminates in stock - should a laminate not be available, we will inform you immediately and deliver the missing laminate as soon as possible.
Tip: Keep a small stock of the laminates you need. These have an unlimited shelf life and do not break. The manufacturers are mostly not from the EU, so due to supply chains, customs regulations or logistic bottlenecks, it can happen that planned and promised delivery dates to us are delayed for weeks.
