Plastic cards printed on both sides in monochrome
- A single colour print is possible on all our plastic cards
- Resolution 300 dpi
- Print colours: black, white, silver, gold, red or blue
- Fonts and monochrome vector files or logos must be created in black
- Card size 85 x 54 x 0,76 mm ISO standard
- The corners are rounded
- Quality and size like an EC- or credit card

- Possible file types are PDF, jpg or png (other files cannot be used)
- Important! Everything that is to be printed on the already coloured plastic cards must be created by you in BLACK. The real printing colour and card colour is not important. The background must be transparent or white.
- Layout: 87 mm x 56 mm incl. 1 mm trim all around
- Please do not make fonts and lines too thin. Minimum size for fonts 6 point.
- Please do not place texts or important information too close to the edges
- The card corners are rounded, please take this into account when designing your card
Delivery time...
Your cards will be created within 48 hours after the successful transmission of the data to us and prepared for dispatch. For orders over 500 cards the delivery time may be longer. Please contact us in urgent cases before ordering. In case of wrong or faulty data the dispatch will be delayed.
Larger quantities...
If you want to print a larger number of plastic cards (at least 500 cards), it is recommended to do this in offset printing. Here your cards are produced industrially. The advantage, the prices are much lower, but the production takes at least 3 weeks and there are no suitable sample cards in advance, which would show the exact printing result. We would be pleased to make you a suitable offer and take care of the complete processing.
